We only collect personally identifiable information if you choose to register with us, or if you make a purchase through the merchandise portion of our site. By going through our registration process and creating a password, you gain access to information only available to registered users. Your registration information is used by us to authenticate you. And to keep track of your membership and related membership information such as your shipping address. Financial transactions take place at another website and credit card transactions are not stored at this website. Registration information will not be used for any other commercial purpose, nor will it be shared with any third parties, including but not limited to the Walt Disney Family of Companies, without your prior consent. Occasionally, our guests may receive non-commercial emails from us regarding the information available here or elsewhere as we may select. Except for information shared during the registration process, no other personal information is collected from our guests.
The Disneyland Alumni Club may collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your requests and support needs more efficiently.
- To personalize user experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our users as a group use the services and resources provided on our site.

If you decide not to “opt in” at our web site, you can still go to the third party web site and share your information independently, but you may miss some benefits that happen because we share your information with that third party. For example, if we offer special event tickets that require us to pass your information to Disney, unless you “opt in” we won’t be able to get the tickets for you. “Opt In” will never be retroactively applied.
