Join Us to Learn Fascinating Disneyland Hotel Secrets and History!

Fall - Winter Speakers 2016 lomg

Join us for lunch on Saturday, October 8, at the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel and spend some fascinating time—not only with your old workmates—but also and most especially with Disneyland Hotel historian Don Ballard and his guest, original Disneyland Hotel architect Al Nicholson.

Ballard became interested in the Disneyland Hotel back in the 1970s when he would make it a point to stay there on trips to Disneyland from his Northern California home. After 20 years of experiencing its unique joys he began researching, documenting, and compiling the Hotel’s history. In time, his love for this iconic hotel went from a simple magazine article to two full-fledged books.

So come learn wth us as Don presents unique facts and introduces us to Al Nicholson, one half of the architectural firm Weber & Nicholson, who spent 25 years working with original Hotel owner Jack Wrather on numerous projects in Anaheim and beyond.
