Welcome to the Disneyland Alumni Club's FAQ Section. To get started, first select a "tab" under Question Type then click any of the red boxes that best matches your question(s).

Question Type:

  • Cast-Member Membership: This membership is open to all current and former Cast-Members of Disneyland, Disney California Park, Disney Resort Hotels, WDI or WED, MAPO, and/or UNOCO. A Cast-Member Membership allows you to be part of the magic with special discounts, exclusive merchandise, member events, and weekly newsletters.
  • General Membership: This membership is open to the general public. A General Membership allows you to be part of the magic with special discounts, club merchandise, member events, and weekly newsletters.
  • Website Subscriber: This is open to the general public.  A website subscription allows you to join our mailing list and receive a FREE Quarterly Newsletter from The Disneyland Alumni Club.

Your membership dues may be tax-deductible. Please check with your tax consultant.

Membership renewal is now easier than ever. With the e-mail you provided in the settings section, we will send you a reminder before your renewal date is up. In order to maintain your membership status you must renew membership before expiration. Through our automated system, we will send you a Renewal Reminder through E-Mail. You can also renew your membership by clicking on the Renew Membership button in the settings page.

Once you complete the online registration for active membership and pay your yearly membership dues, you will receive your DAC Membership Card within one month.  Mail [email protected] if you do not.

To check the status of your account, you will need to first login to your account. Navigate to Member Home. Under My Member Profile, click on Edit My Profile. Your membership status information will be displayed under your My Profile Summary.

To cancel your active membership, please mail back your Disneyland Alumni Club Identification Card to: The Disneyland Alumni Club, Attn: Membership Cancellation, P.O. Box 17280, Anaheim, CA 92817. It is also necessary to send us an email at : [email protected] to confirm this decision.

Navigate to Member Home, and under My Member Profile, click on Edit My Account. From this screen you will be able to update your password.

Navigate to Member Home, and under My Member Profile, click on the grey box that has an image of a person. Clicking on the picture will bring you to Gravatar.com, which is to create a Globally Recognized Avatar. If you have never used Gravatar for the e-mail address currently associated with your DAC Account, you will have to create a Gravatar account. In order for the DisneylandAlumni.org membership page to recognize the icon you upload, you must use the e-mail associated with your DAC Membership Account for it to function properly. To change this image, you must change the icon uploaded at Gravatar.com

The Birthday “shout-out” is taken from information in your profile. To verify or correct your birthday, navigate to Member Home. Under My Member Profile, click on Edit My Account. From this screen, you will be able to update and edit your birthday.
